Terms & Conditions

Postage

Orders received after 12 noon will go onto the next working day.
Please note that working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or Bank holidays also dispatch time is when we dispatch your item and not when you receive it
If you do note request a delivery date your order will be processed in the order we receive it.
Please note that we have no control over the delivery service and please allow up to 15 working days after your order has been dispatched before contacting us.

Please also note that in the run up to Xmas we are extremely busy and order may take longer to be dispatched


Orders


By placing an order you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Your order is considered to be accepted when we receive payment for your goods.
Orders can only be cancelled for a refund less 15% handling costs if we have not already started to process your order by emailing us through our contact form
Goods not personalised or hand made to order may only be returned for a refund if the following criteria is met in full.
Goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt at your expense unless faulty.
Goods are unused in the original, undamaged packaging in resalable condition.
No item has been worn, used or washed.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs unless items are faulty

We do not offer refunds on any personalised item or items hand made to order but if found to be faulty we will replace like for like or repair the item, check your spelling carefully as errors on your behalf cannot be rectified after production .

Should you feel your item purchased from us is defective in any way, please contact us via our contact form and allow us to assist you further. In accordance with the current legislation under Health & Safety at Work Act, we will not handle items or equipment that is sent back to us in an unclean condition and you will then be responsible for postage fees to return goods back to you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Reward Points Terms and Conditions


Reward Points will be awarded to all registered customers who purchase directly from steveandcarolsequestrian.com web site and who meet the requirements as set out in the following clauses.
Reward points are earned when you spend £1 or more per item from steveandcarolsequestrian.com. For each pound that you spend per item you gain 1 reward point. Each reward point is worth 1p at checkout. 
Reward Points do not have a monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Reward Points can only be redeemed against products bought directly from steveandcarolsequestrian.com web site and cannot be made against other orders.
Steve and Carols Equestrian reserve the right to alter the number of loyalty Points earned on each product at any time.
Reward Points are always redeemed against full price products even if they are on special offer.
It is Steve and Carols Equestrian intention to run the Reward Points Scheme for the foreseeable future. However, Steve and Carols Equestrian reserve the right to suspend, postpone or cease operation of the Reward Points Scheme at any time. In the event of such suspension, postponement or cessation, no compensation or recompense whatsoever will be due to customers who have unredeemed Reward Points.
